Mexico

Finally, after much, much too long, the Loop family has taken a true, warm weather vacation. We are back from a relaxing week with family in Mexico. This was a trip we had planned for this time last year, but since I was relegated to bed, we had to postpone.

We all had a great time and Ms Ava turned out to be quite the traveller making friends all along the way. Ava enjoyed sharing the house for the week with her grandparents and cousins, Kaija & Kendall...as there were always fun people around to play with. Highlights of the trip for Ava included a chance for swimming everyday. Up until now she thought that the bathtub was the be all end all! Dining out took on a whole new meaning since almost everywhere we went we were serenaded at our tables.

I got an early birthday present - a new 50mm lens. Here are a few test shots from the trip.
